I'm planning on using an Arise ACE-865V (65W) or ACE-916V (160W) PSU for a VIA MII-based system. First of all, I've seen a bunch of posts about the Arise 100W PSU, but none about the aforementioned models. Why? Those two have a lower minimum voltage and should be more suitable.
Second, what are my options for getting power. I'd like to use the cigarette lighter, but I'm not sure how big a power supply I can use through it. Anyone know? The other two options I've seen are to tap the fuse box (how do I do this?) and to feed directly from the battery with a fuse. What are the pros and cons of these approaches?
