Is my PS broken?

I had the PW80 working great, but I took the mobo and hd to my home last day and when I unplugged the PS there were some sparks. The mobo was working right at home but when I placed it today again there is no power

I took the tester and there is 12,85V at the plug before the PS, and yes, the switch works fine (I tried it also at home), but the mobo does not start, neither the GPS usb mouse has the light on (it was working before with the mobo off).
What´s going wrong? May be the PS is broken? How could I test it? I spent so much time with this proyect

and the things are not going on

I was waiting any answer

(but not buy an Opus). Anyway, I checked it again and nothing.
Could anyone place a big picture with good quality of the PW80 or send it to windalo@hotmail.com?
