weird rebooting problem.. possibly power related...

I have the ITPS and the PW-70 for my power setup, its only powering a Epia 800 and a 2.5" hard drive. When using an atx powersupply (ac power), it will boot and operate perfectly; however using the itps/pw-70, it will reboot approximately every 45 seconds. ive tried disconnecting and reconnecting everything but that didnt help any.

    any suggestions? ideas? anything?

btw: im looking into getting either a carnetix or opus as the possible solution to my problem, but i shouldnt be having this problem in the first place!

have you tried using a 12 v power supply and feding said voltage to the pw-70? that way you can see if it works you have a bad ITPS, if it does the same thing is the pw-70

I don't know yet, it took a whole year to decide on the stuff for my previous install. I think I might remove my head unit and put a lilli in there, with one of the new EPIA's (1200Mhz?), or if the nano-ITX boards come out and there's good reviews on them I might go with that (I will only do GPS and music, maybe OBDII stuff) but haven't really been thinking about it, because I won't have any extra money for toys til like december or something (I just bought some 31x10.50's for the Jeep though the stock tires were just not cutting it )I

too bad it was actually the ITPS, wonder what would make it do that, maybe the PIC went bad? How log ago did you buy it? Does it have any kind of warranty? I have one and ahven;t had any problems with it.

i bought it about a month ago, but it just wasnt cutting it for me . It wouldnt survive the crank like i wanted to and my computer couldnt run while the jeep wasnt running, so screw ITPS, im going with an OPUS like i should have in the first place!
