    How does the Shutdown Look

I'm still trying to finish this product.

It is a brand spanking new feature rich shutdown controller, what do you think?

    Looking good...

    Expected release date and price?

There are 2 soon to be release SDC project in the forum though...together with the SCH, PCB, source code and documentation.

Dunno, but anyway. Does the web page make sense? Is there too much information?

Yup, I think theres too much stuff in there. May confuse those who dont know much about electrical/electronic stuff.

Keep it simple then have a separate technical page for it.

It depends on the purpose of the page. If it is a sales product page than their could be to much info for the average Joe although I enjoyed all of the detail and i didn't have to search hard for answers. I liked how you put the diagram in there. That pretty much answered all of my questions. So do you have an estimated release date?

I m just curious. I am not in need of one becasue my PS has a built in shutdown controler although this shutdown controller has more features than the Opus's.

Whole CarPC.. was quite annoyed. This time i'm going to build a boot tray and install everything on that. I also realised that the last one that i built relied somewhat on the internal pull up / pull down resistors in the PIC.. going to try to avoid that this time.

zootjeff: That new SDC looks quite nice btw, but might like to cut down on the technical information

Sorry to hear man...atleast it wasnt the whole car like what happened to mine.

I got "SOME" money from the insurance which is never gonna replace my car with all the mods done on it and stuff

This is why I need to be careful where and how I put the LCD in my next project.
