    opus 150w with intel P4 2.4 ghz???

You think an opus 150w will be enough power for a P$ 2.4 ghz?

I would say yeah. I've ran a P4 2.0 with 512mb Ram, GeForce4 MX440 8x agp 64mb video, 80 gig desktop drive, dvd-cd/rw desktop drive, PSone Screen, USB wireless adapter, USB webcam, USB keyboard/mouse, USB touchscreen off of an 180watt PS. I bet you'll be fine.

Edit: All this is running off of a 145watt (max) inverter, so I haven't crossed that line even.

kinda hard to believe it's possible it'll power that... but you never know... although id consider that it'll shorten the lifespan of the PSU, because it's probably running at full load all the time...

See if you can get the specs on your video card. See what its amperage draw is. You may be pushing it with that video card. You don't need anything that fast/high-end. Look at my sig line to see what I'm running off my Opus 150W (the screen runs off it too).
P4 2.4GHz, Intel mobo w/onboard sound & video, 128MB memory, 100GB Seagate Momentus laptop drive, Xenarc 700TSV 7" touchscreen, IRman using Girder, 150W Opus dc/dc psu, Alpine CDA-9835 h/u, MBQuart speakers, Infinity 15" sub, MTX amps.

I've had it this way for about 2 years man. No problems. Impossible that it's running at full load all the time, my PSU is a 200watt my inverter is 145watt. I really would doubt that both of these would last over 2 years at full load every day for about 3-5 hours a day.
