Thanks for the help. I'm going to skip the relay for now since it is taking too much of my time troubleshooting it. If the little relay still gives me a problem when I get back to it, then I will just get the big 30 amp relay and wire it inline with the main power. For now i'm just going to continue using the on/off switch of the inverter so I can get busy on other projects and wait and see if someone posts a magical solution to my little relay issue.

If someone is a relay expert and has wired a small relay to only the inverter's switch, please double check my diagram and make sure I'm connecting it properly. Other than that, it's not that big a deal to flip the inverter switch manually for a short while so I can finish the rest of the project.

Let me tell you what I used. I hooked up 2 30amp relays to my inverter positive from battery. One of them is switched by my ignition, the other switched by my computer. I found that with one relay, it wasn't enough juice passing thru, and my inverter would die if my subs hit a deep note. So I decided on 2 and haven't had a problem. I hope that will help you some.

As far as your relay problem, why don't you get a bigger relay? It's always better to have too much then not enough.

Is there a way from 0,5V to trigger an output of at least 5V and maximum of 25v??

Base on the diagram, you are connecting the relay and the switch in serial. Try to wire it in parrallel (N.O to "I", and COM to "O") and leave the switch OFF to see how it works. If the inverter still beep for low voltage, turn the switch ON without turn off the relay so that 2 switches (switch and relay) work at the same time.
I am wondering if the switch is there to just "switch" or it actually carry the load. If it actually carry the load, you are better off just get a big relay (30A or 40A) and wire it between the battery and the inverter.

R U wording that right? Do you want it to trigger something else or pass through the .5v relay?

Yes. Use an opamp configured as a comparator. The output will swing to the supply rails and can be used to switch other stuff.
