Sure, it could be done with an inverter circuit, but... why not tell us the application? There might be a better way to get what you want.

Products are created because of demand. there probably isn't because there is no demand for it, but why are u needing this. Check out digikey.com, jameco.com, allelectronics.com

Well, first of all thanx for the replies!!!

I am fabricating 2 Xenarcs.. I don't like the buttons, so I covered them!!

My solution was to place 4 hidden buttons with a relay to replace the 4 buttons each display has... But I wanted to use a velleman kit that makes the remotely used with RF 8-channel remote... After assembling the kit I realized that there is no polarity on the 12V input.. And then noticed (again) that it is 12Vac..

Vellman kits! I made a vellman codelock kit and on the power input it was 10-15VAC/DC, and it worked on a 12VDC power supply.

But here is a (basic?) inverter schematic
    Inverter Schematic!
Hopefully it can be modified to supply 12VAC.

I should stick with an IR kit and not an RF kit..The IR kit has 15 channels and 10V-15VDC input!!!
If anyone could help with this schematic I would appreciate it!!!

I forgot to mention to visit the electronics forum on that site, lots of talk about this schematic. Here's the link:
