    Exclamation Power Supply help

Hey folks I have my mind set on this Casetronic C134 Black Color Mini-ITX Case.
    heres the specs.

    Internal Power Supply:
    Built-in 60W DC power board
    External AC Adapter:
    -- Input (AC 100~240 V)
    -- Output (DC 12V, 5A) 60W

I was reading about the opus powersupply or something, that it could keep your system from rebooting when you turn the power on. well this one in this case do the same?
