I currently have an alpine CD-changer in my trunk that has a power wire running to it. I'm going to remove it when I install my CarPC, but I'm wondering if the power line running to the CD changer is ACC? It should be, right?

Maybe. Could also be constant power, and receive a power-on signal from the headunit. Time to bust out the multimeter. If you don't have one, you can get a 12v test light for like $2. If you hook the light up and it won't light unless the key is turned to accessory, then it's accessory.
