    Problem with starting the carputer

    Hi,
    I've installed my carputer in the car but i have a small problem. When i turn the power on the fan of the cpu start spinning and stop after 1s. I use a PW-120M as power supply and it is directly connect to my second battery in the car. I dont understand why it starts and stop. I pull up the + and connect it again. I have to push the power button many times in order to make the carputer works.
    Any idea why it doesn't start?

    my home pc started doing the same when my fan stopped working, turns out i fried the cpu
