I have some questions labled on the picture above.
Q1?...if hardwiring xenarc to opus then what gauge wire should be used?
Q2? and Q3?...I think i am going to need a 12v source for 2 wire in my trunk. One for the opus and one for a blue/white wire coming out of the DIN to RCA adapter cable. How do i tap into the 12 wire? Is it as simple as soldering it to an existing wire going to my amp like below?

Other questions I have:
Q4?...do i have all the grounds necessary (only 2)?
Q5?...are my wire gauge sizes ok for what i m doing?
Thanks again for any ideas!!

my spec.
MSI Mega barebones
P4-2.6Ghz
512Mb Mem.
laptop 20GB boot HDD
IDE 60 GB storage HDD
OPUS 220W (whenever it comes out)
Xenarc 700TS (not bought yet)
Stock speakers and AMP for audio (may add Sub later)
The Xenarc uses like 8 or 9W, so not something thick. But 'cause I like it safe, (I'll also wire it to the Opus) I'l use something like 12 AWG.
8 AWG is enough for the Opus 150W.
thanks for the reply...i know there are more people who have finished their project and can help out, please
Oh yeah....Straight from the Opus guide
8. Wire the 3 pins DC input power connector.
Pin 1: Battery Positive. Use RED color # 12 AWG automotive grade wire.
Pin 2: Ground or Battery Negative. Use Black color # 12 AWG automotive grade wire.
Pin 3: Ignition or Switched Battery. Use Yellow #18 AWG automotive grade wire

You might want to check out the wire gauge calculator at
http://www.powerstream.com/Wire_Size.htm
There are recommended wire sizes for different currents,
but it is best to look at the voltage drop and see if you can
live with that. Bigger is always better
