have you tried turning around the cable that connects to the power switch on your motherboard
hey guys, i was wondering if anyone here would know why im getting 2 green flashes from my opus when i power up the pc. I checked ALL my voltages and it seems as though the opus is not giving the motherboard the voltages needed to power up. The PC im using has already been tested with a regular desktop power supply and it works great. The only thing i can think of now is that my opus 90w is faulty. Any ideas guys? thanks alot!![]()

yup... i tried both ways... checked all the voltages and still nothing.... im just assuming the opus is faulty since the voltages coming out from the ATX connector on the opus is not all there.any other ideas? (nic.. thanks btw)

did you go to the opus website and download the manual to tell what those flashing lights mean?
They mean something in particular so go dl the manual and look there as to what the werror code means

yup... i got the more detailed manual for my PS from opus tech support and everything is clear except for the "DC DC power supply is faulty" which is the last possible thing that it could be. I looked under the "2 Flashes" and here is what it says:
The computer power up sequence failed Reasons:
1. Check the wiring of the two wire power-switch cable from power supply connector J9 to power switch pins on the ATX motherboard. If connected properly check the polarity of the power switch pins. May be reversed. (checked this)
2. Check ATX mother board bios settings. (already checked this before with regular desktop Power Supply, everything worked perfect)
3. Locked up motherboard or software crash of bug. (this pc has worked just fine with a regular PS hooked up to it)
4. Faulty DC-DC power supply. (only thing left based on these steps)
thanks again for the help guys...![]()
