    DC/DC Converter for EPIA ITX

    Hi,

First post I am using a carputer for a while with an ITPS. My ITPS died yesterday so now I was looking for something new. My powersuply is still fine but it isnt regulated. Since an ITPS doesnt survive engine start I found the following product. http://www.cartft.com/carpc/catalog/il/327
Has anyone experience with this? It should survive engine start

ps: this forum has been a great help since i have my carputer, thx every1

    thx in advance

i'm not happy with the itps it doesnt survive engine start and now it is ****ed anyway
i ordered the psu from cartft.com ... the carnetix/opus is even more expensive
the guy from cartft is convinced this psu also survives engine start. that is all i need, nothing more, nothing less. why pay more money for it?

I agree with confused. Get the carnetix. I replaced my ITPS with it and i was not disappointed. It does it's job much better than an ITPS plus it has more features.

    my 2 eurocents.

    What about this one?
    http://www.cartft.com/carpc/catalog/il/445

It looks like Dubje's one, but with Auto power on/off.

What do you think about it?
