    regulating 12V?

I really like Jeff Mucha's microcontroller, but i'd like to somehow regulate 12V.. what do you guys suggest ? I was thinking the ITPS, but it won't run properly when the car is off.

I'm considering designing my own, but if there's already a solution out there, i might jump on it.

Did you look at the CarNetix CNX-P1260? http://www.mp3car.com/store/product_...products_id=60

It both regulates 12v and is a startup /shutdown controller.
