You could do or you could jsut go out and buy a 90W or even better 120W laptop power supply! would be a safer bet.

I could but I am cheap! know of a good cheap source for the dc/dc adapter, this is to power an IWill
xpcgx 2.4cel 256ram external dvd combo usb wireless.

But don't forget the input of thise things (including the one you mention) are 11V+ so they wont survive crank so unless you have a laptop you will reboot!
