Thread: Copmuter Gliches when key half way??

When I turn my key half way, the computer should power on, along with the heater, radio, ect. But instead, I heard the HD spin then stop, spin then stop, and the computer wont get past post, I can see the screen glitch and make funny images. Is this because the psu dosent recive or give enough power when the key is half way? Thx
