    Extending AC power inputs?

Ok, so I have an inverter, but want to place the 2nd AC outlet from the inverter up front, so I can use it for other things. What are some options? I want to try to keep the inverter in one piece, in case i want to use in other locations. I was thinking of buying an extension or making an extension. So, how would i do this or get it?

Can't just use a 3 wire extension cord from the inverter up to the front? If you need to take the inverter out simply unplug the extension cord.

Yeah, that's what I did for my screen power at first. Works fine.
