Problem with opus 150...

I ordered two (one is for a coworker), they arrived today. I opened one, and noticed a component in front of the atx connector wasn't flat on the board. looked at the other opus, and it was. gave it a little push down and it came off completely! The component in question is a little brown strip, it was soldered on between the markings "-12" and "PS-on". Anything I should attempt to solder, or should I just return it to MP3car?
