powering a VIA MII w/ a ATX powersupply

I got a VIA MII1200 and I would like to test it out. Can i use a regular ATX power supply from my computer at home? I noticed the ATX power supply has a 4 pin connector that connects into the mobo and a 20 pin power connector, but the VIA mobo only has 1 20 pin power connector, what about the 4-pin? is that going to be a problem? so that plus the switch connector. what else could I be missing?

FYI - That 4-pin power connector is 12v for Pentium 4s. The EPIA boards don't have a P4, so it's not used.
