Can someone please open there egg and tell me which way it goes, PLEASE

I burnt up my power supply, melted all the wires. I am still going to use the egg, and was going to resolder some new wires to the board inside. But I didn't realize there was an input and an ouput size to the egg. Can somone please tell me which way the board sits in so I can install this right. I burnt up everything real bad, but luckily it didn't screw up the screen, but I have to make new wires because there is no more wire that has insulation not melted off. Damn Im glad I didn't burn up the screen.
    Please help me out quick.

The output is where the inductor and 220uF cap closer.
The input is where the 330 capacitor closer.

negative (-) for both in and out are solder point closer to the the edge of the board.
possitive (+) for both in and out are solder point closer to the middle.

Obviously you can read tell which is + and - base on what printed on the capacitors.

Good point, I think I was a little freaked out that I had burned up my screen to think about it. I tested out the egg, and apparently burnt it up. I ended up running a wire from my PSU to power the screen, and it actually got rid of some waves that was on the screen. Thanks for the help. I still can't believe it melted all the wires and didn't screw up the screen, and the wires that were melted were on the side between the egg and the screen.
    thanks again,

Why are you using the egg at all? It's much better (brighter picture, easier, etc) to just get 12v from your computer power supply. I think that's what most of us do.

The egg is sucky, it adds interference sometimes and makes a dimmer picture.
