inverter makes noise out of speakers

I am using an inverter and when i have my headunit on aux in with the inverter on, it makes a terrible humming noise. I am not sure how to go about fixing this, any ideas anyone?

i have the same problem caused from ground loop connection, grounds separator only 12 euro and my problem solved.

Damn. There are sooooooooo many posts about this. Get a ground loop isolator from radio shack. I swear by these things. They are awesome. Its an easy fix and if for some reason it doesnt work, take it back.
