    Post M1-ATX or OPUS 90W

    Hello All

I am trying to find out which would be the best choice for the following hardware:

    VIA EPIA M10000
    512MB RAM
    120GB 7200 2MB HDD
    Creative Extigy (wired to PS)
Lilliput 7" VGA TS (wired to PS(or not))
XM Direct (using serial & +12V)
    Serial GPS receiver?
IDE Slimline Slot Load DVD/CD-RW drive

So far I am mainly worried about the +12V requirements.

    Thanks for the input!

They both would work fine with that setup.

I would get the Opus personally.

    Your setup is somewhat similar.

    on +12V I would have:

    Extigy
    Lilliput
    XM Direct
    7200 RPM 3.5" HDD

    And the rest would be:
Laptop DVD\CD-RW drive (hooked up w/ ide cable and +5V, not usb)
    Holux GM-210 USB GPS
    Touchscreen

That's probably going to be border line for the 12V rail on the M1-ATX. If you go with the cheaper M1-ATX, you could get a more expensive 2.5" HD. Or you can go with the more expensive Opus and the cheaper 3.5" HD.
