We have a revised version of the M1-ATX code, soon to be released (currently in testing). The new code should be released this Friday, if everything goes OK.
Bugs fixed:
1) HARDOFF is now working in _all_ modes
2) 5VSB hiccup condition fixed (PC now comes up OK from sleep).
If you need a replacement PIC, please send an email to m1-atx@mini-box.com and we will ship you a replacement chip (no need to send the old one MCU back). Please make sure you include your name and shipping address.

I haven't heard anything yet either. just thinking that we'll just receive the pic next week with no more discussions
hope so . this is pain . the only thing stopping me from full install in my car. not much fun with carputer sat in my bedroom !
lol just install it in the car.. but dont hook up the powersupply yet... believe me.. it takes awhile to set everything up =P

Hmm, so that's 2-3 weeks to wait, If i read that right.The new M1-ATX firmware is ready, but we still have to fix a memory address bug that causes some obscure condition....
The replacement PIC chip will be sent to you sometime during the mid/end of next week.
I do appreciate their flexible support methods (i.e sending chips out), but i've still got to wait another 2-3 weeks before i can reinstall my system.
To mini-box: I think you've got a great little product there guys, I just wish you'd tested properly in the first place!
blah that sucks.... i just have to make sure it turns off now... until then..
