    This is driving me crazy

Whats going on guys, cars all set up, went to install this weekend and im having problems with my shutdown controller (uSDC20D) the relay keeps clicking on and off at sporadic times like 2 secs after ING is hooked up then randomly after that no specific patterns, i figured out it has something to do with the ING line, once thats unhooked its stops clicking for the specified time i have set. I know its the ING line also if i hold the (+) on the batt and then the ING TAB with my finger it starts clicking again.
I also tried diodes to separate the lines i cant figure out what’s going on with this, in the manual it says that when the "ACC goes high" it will start the startup process, but how high is high, and what about fluctuations??

I have it all set up inside my house so its not the cold/hot, and the batt is good so its not low voltage, any help would be awesome im bout to throw this thing out the 3rd story window.

ZootJeff have you heard of anything like this?

i have 'ed and cant find any thing like this
