    will this fry my motherboard??

i just got my MII12000 mobo in today and i want to install the os and apps in the house before i install it in the car. i have a 430w power supply from an old desktop pc that i want to use to power the pc while i install the apps. is this too much power? will this fry my motherboard? just wanted to make sure before i plug it up. thanks

As long as its an ATX power supply it will be fine.
