what spec PC are you running?
Not sure what's going on everything is done and about to give up on the M1-atx and by an invertor.
Both in the car and in my room with an ac-dc12v aqdapter when I turn my pc on all that heppens is the cooler fan jerks when I hit the pc's on button.
Hooked up as a normal PSU (no jumpers) battery right to + and -

do you have another mobo to try?
can you test the PSU doing the wire trick in the ATX connector - normally green to black but check in case the colours are not standard. Make sure you have some load on the PSU.
not free, the computer turns on fine with a mini 200w PSU it is the M1-atx that seems to be playing up :/Originally Posted by Scouse Monkey

I have the EXACT problem that the starter of this thread has with my M1-ATX power supply. Along with him, i am also running on normal PSU mode with a m10000 motherboard. I was wondering what he found was the problem?
same problem here. im using a pentium 3 733 with agp vid card and 2 hard drives and it didnt have enough to power that...
