    Opus 90w Failure During Cold

I have an Opus 90W which failed during cold weather. The component at the arrow on the picture attached actually started smoking. By appearance it's the only component affected.

I'm wondering what does that part do, and is there any hope fixing the power supply?

On the thread here, Opus and Cold Weather there are some other experiences with the Opus and the cold, I found anything under 0C (freezing temp) it would begin not working. Even after warming back up would usually require the power to be disconnected for a few minutes to get working again.

Also, anyone have experience with the M1-ATX 90W in Temp extremes?
