would anyone here be able to tell me why there is a buzzing noise coming from the shuttle? Even when it is powered off, i get a buzzing noise. The case is grounded (one wire screwed into the psu, the other into the case). The noise was reduced somewhat when i grounded it, but it is still significantly there. The buzz goes away when i plug into a power outlet. It is only there when the Shuttle is plugged into the inverter. I dont get any noise whatso ever though (signal wise)

Hi my friend, The noice comes from the shuttle PSU, I had the same problem, but my shutle pc some times restart. If you change the psu with a other one no noice will come, and the pc will work great. I thing is the problem is the frecuency difference of inverter and the psu.
yeah I got the same thing with my shuttle, horrible noise from the PSU, fixed it by going with a opus
