Will you be able to disable all the SDC functions of this PSU and run it as a slave PSU?
What I'd love to do: get an M1-ATX (it is programmable) and use that as the secondary PSU to power up peripherals (Hard drive, LCD, USB, etc), and use the 150w PSU to power the motherboard.

How to hook up slave PSU:
Connect ATX cable to slave PSU
Connect PWR cable from the m1-atx
Hack the m1-atx to turn on when the slave PSU is on (take 2 wires from ATX plug and double them).
the m1-atx will turn the comptuer on, and it will be powered from the slave.
