I can answer 2, a lot of people power the pc with the 150 from outside the case, since cooling is a big issue for this psu some people recommend it. (mine however is in a homemade)
1.)Does anyone know of any cases besides a homemade one of course, that will fit an OPUS 150 on the inside.
2) Is there any way to keep the OPUS on the outside of the case and still power it?
3) If powering the machine with the OPUS outside of the case, how do you run the 20 pin mobo connector and HD power connector from the OPUS to the inside of the case?

My work log
Any case will fit the Opus if you pull the other PSU out.
AMD XP 2600+/512MB RAM/120GB hard drive
Opus 150W/DVD/GPS/7" Lilliput TS/802.11g/Bluetooth
Installed.
-GPSSecure- - GPS Tracking
-AltTabber2.2.2- - Handy touchscreen utility.
xBrady, can you direct me to any cases where this would work? Would it fit inside the Morex 669 case? http://www.morex.com.tw/669.htm
Peoples, if powering from the outside, how do you get the 20 pin connector and the hard drive power cable from the OPUS into the case? Would you need to cut holes?
I pass mine through a slot where you'd have a PCI card.
I have a slim line case, used thin foam tape around the PSU hole so that the wires would not scrape against sharpe metal. My Opus and my hard drive are both outside the case. The opus will not fit in my slim mATX case.

None of the hole match up with the OPUS 150. I just tried. It's a full size atx case.Originally Posted by xBrady
I have an Opsu 150W in the Travla C137. It fits perfectly.
Do the holes match up properly in a full size case? Sorry, but I'm actually trying it right now. Is the C137 a full size ATX case?Originally Posted by Cris

You have to make a new metal plate for the Opus to fit on, and fit this plate to the holes in the case. Mind you, I'm taking about the PCB version of the Opsu, or the one without the case...
