I almost got my plexi-glass case completed for the car. 1 thing I did was took an old power supply and took the male connecter where the plug plugs in to it. I snipped the wires and installed it in the case. Then I souldered the 3 wires from my OPUS to each prong (12V, GRD, and IGN).

My question is, when I cut off the power cord that will plug into the case, and connect each of those 3 wires to the appropriate connections (12V, GRD, and IGN), will the wires in the power cord be able to handel it?

I think yes, but I"m a rookie.
