    Inverter relay question

Well, my DC-DC has been running a bit... well the ITPS... well you get my point, very unstable. I've decided to experiment with an inverter. I've got a relay nearly hooked up so that it cuts the power to the inverter when the ACC is switched off. In short, which method will make for a better ground (read less heat, less noise)? Thanks!

it wont make a differance, the 2 circuits are seperate, they are isolated from each other in the relay
