OK, just got my new Opus 120W today. I had an M1ATX(not enough juice on the 12v rail beware) and also had the Opus 150w (too big for case).
The inputs for the battery wiring is interesting. the connector has 2 12v input wires, 2 input ground, 1 remote on, and 1 remote out (for AMP delay).
Now, I dont think I have to hook up both battery inputs to the same battery line. What I would like to do is use the second set of in put wires for A/C use when I bring the PC in the. I am impressed so far with the flexability of this board. Can anyone help?
I take it you haven't tried to fire up the thing yet? I suggest you immediately hack it together and see if it works. I have to send mine and my motherboard (via M10000) into their tech support because they don't play well together. If yours works, feel lucky.

instructions came with it but it just shows -12v ground output 1 and 2 and +12v output 1 and 2. Does not explain the need for both
looking at the below diagram, you need to run both sets of positive and negative to the battery.
