You could, but that would require an inverter, not the best solution, if its an ATX Motherboard then it should run from any atx power supply,

Yeah the inverter is no the best option but I can be done with no problems.
Check for DC-DC PSU like the OPUS or if you are no in a hurry you can wait a week +- and get dragonBTV new PSU with best futures than the opus.
