Check the fuse inside the Opus, or any fuses you have inline to the Opus too

I checked everthing....all connections, fuses..I unpluged everthing and reconnected....Here's how I have it wired...
    4G-----140fuse----4G------3 way Disto Box (40fuse)----PC
4G-----140fuse----4G------3 way Disto Box (60fuse)----4Ch Amp
4G-----140fuse----4G------3 way Disto Box (80fuse)----2Ch Amp
It worked fine for about 1/2 hour while I worked on the touch screen

Sounds like it might be dead if you aren't getting any lights and all your connections are good.

do you have a volt meter/multi meter? Check the voltages on your lines. With the car off you should have the following

    Yellow~12V
    Red~0V

With the car running you should have

    Yellow~14V
    Red~12V

    Give or take.

I know I mentioned it once, but did you check the fuse on the Opus itself?
