You checked the cables going into the Opus right?
I just installed evering thing today...
Here's my setup:
Remote to subs
40G notebook HD
Slot loading DVD/CD-R
2 L.E.D. Fans
TView wiried to the Power Supply
USB GPS Mouse
I power everthing and worked like a charm...powered up/Power down. After twicking the screen and RR, I rebooted....did not power up
Now I pulled the PC inside my house and it powered up. No LED on OPUS....Did I burn the OPUS????
Check the fuse inside the Opus, or any fuses you have inline to the Opus too
Check all fuses....there all good
And all your connections? especially any splices?
I checked everthing....all connections, fuses..I unpluged everthing and reconnected....Here's how I have it wired...
4G-----140fuse----4G------3 way Disto Box (40fuse)----PC
4G-----140fuse----4G------3 way Disto Box (60fuse)----4Ch Amp
4G-----140fuse----4G------3 way Disto Box (80fuse)----2Ch Amp
It worked fine for about 1/2 hour while I worked on the touch screen
do you have a volt meter/multi meter? Check the voltages on your lines. With the car off you should have the following
With the car running you should have
Give or take.
I know I mentioned it once, but did you check the fuse on the Opus itself?
I have not tried that...My volt meter is somewhere/someone has it....Originally Posted by techy101
