    relay grounding question

For this circuit, what gauge wire should i use for the ground? In other words am I trying to ground the remote turn on lead or the 12V+ from the battery?

You are grounding the remote turn on lead. What size you use is almost insignificant. Hardly any current will be flowing through it. Just use the same size as the existing remote lead and you won't have anything to worry about.

You would ground after each of the components off 30. The wire would need to be sized according to the draw of the component. As numbers said, remotes for amps use almost nothing. What you term "Fan 1", "Fan 2", and "Additional Accessories" would need wires according to their current draw.
