Would someone mind taking a look at this schematic for me? It looks like the Vc, GRND, and Vin pins are all grounded. Is that a common ground to my car's chassis?
I'm going to use this to power my USB hub.

no - only the ground is grounded in the schematic. If you mean connected to ground AFTER the associated circuitry from each pin then yes, ground is ground is ground, it can all terminate at the same point and be connected to the chassis.
