Connect green to black on the ATX connector (use a paperclip).
And put a couple fans on a power lead.
Should start right up for you!
Hey i was wondering if anyone could be point me in the direction of how can i hook up a psu so that i can use the 12v/5v rails without it running a computer as well. I know switching power supplys have to be used under load, but does that mean i just need "something" hooked up or do i need to like add a resistor or 2 to a few wires???

Alot of regulators are switching regulators and need some sort of load.Sometimes the fan acts as a load. I always put a 10ohm, 10 watt resistor on the 5v line, and put it on a heatsink with some thermal compound.
