i had the same experience with Opus and Rafal, just great to deal with, would definately do business with again..

Just wanted to mention that after almost 20 emails back and forth with a representative from Opus (Rafal), my 150w power supply works good as new! My knowledge of electronics (voltage rails, pinouts, etc) is very poor and not only were they patient with me, but I even learned a few things through some practical hands on troubleshooting. At the end of the day, it turned out that my cable set was slightly old (PSU was bought from a user on this forum), and they shipped a new set to me FREE OF CHARGE without any hesitation.
I know in the past, people were complaining about their tech support, especially around the time of that group buy last summer, but I just wanted to share my good experience

would you be able to let me know what your problem is? I have been having a problem that my OPUS would boot up for about 15 secs then shut down, I think its because of bad wires

mine wasn't a problem. i wanted the power supply to cut ALL power to USB devices when the computer was shut down so my battery wouldn't drain. when i contacted Opus, they said they could fix it with a firmware update, they turned it around in a day and even paid for return shipping.
