    need help with power problem...

    after almost 3 years of "planning", I'm finally putting everything together

    here's my current setup:

    Car Battery -> ITPS -> PW200M -> M10000

    LCD screen shares the 12V power output from ITPS.

    when everything is connected, (harddrive, pci wifi card, lcd connected to the motherboard), and ITPS is powered by a 4A, 12V power source, the motherboard won't boot at all. the CPU fan spins for a split second and stops.

    then I took the harddrive and wifi card off, switched to a more powerful power source (13.8V, 30A). this time the motherboard will boot, but then kept rebooting itself...

    I did some metering, voltage coming out of ITPS is 11.96V, but out of PW200M's 12V is only 9.2~9.3V. I'm guessing that's the reason for constent rebooting... (the motherboard tested ok with regular ATX power supply)

    if I skip ITPS, the computer works fine, but I really need the automatic on/off switch feather, ITPS won't work with proper load, what should I do now? other than buying another power supply...

    thanks in advance for all the help!
