It will run fine, it just won't survive cranking the engine, and will slowly drain the battery The only difference is the current is coming from the alternator(+/-14.5V) when the car is on, and the battery(12V) when off.
OK,OK
Been here before long time ago, my car is about to be taken off the road for a few months while i install everything but just one question, if powering a PC say (non-epia) what are the chances of it running with the engine off from a power inverter? only i seem to remember someone local to me having this sort of problem, bit of a pain if your waiting to pick up the missus and to listen to some music you need the engine running all the time![]()
