    I live near Jeff, and picked up my PS the other day. He demonstrated it for me in his "lab" powering a p4 system, and it ran great. Shutdown controller worked perfectly. The serial port interface makes programing very simple. Hopefully I can get it installed soon so I can write a review.

    Dont suppose you'll take a trade-in uSDC if i buy this . Forgive me for the stupid question but is this going to remove the need for both a SDC AND inverter? If so this is a damn good deal

    Yes, this is a dc-dc power supply with a built in SDC that you would wire directly to the car.

    Well I hope I have a chance of getting in a lower price!

    Would have replied sooner but spent yesterday finally doing my install (running off a damn inverter for now) and today fighting with XP and a via 6212l usb card, then bought a NEC usb card.......

    So, have I missed the chance for the UK side of things.

    <edit>

    Ok looked at the site, thats a neat board, in design and clean-ness, do I just order off the site?

    Whats the 'problematic' shutdown firmware wrote in? Pic basic / pic c / asm ?
