    Question about inverter and normal pc power supply

    Hey just wanted to ask can i just buy a inverter like a 300w inverter to power a 250w Pc Power Supply. Its just im not rich and its cheaper to by a inverter and use cheaper parts like a inverter off of ebay. Also what are the disadvantages of using this setup instead of a DC-DC PSU. I mean i found a DC-DC PSU on www.short-circuit.com PW-200M 200W PSU but said its not recomended for car use. So idk what to do i need yalls input. TY for the help

    sure can :-) i ran my first pc off a 75 watt inverter lol but then i had to upgrade to a 400/800 worked well just make sure u got a good power line and have some headroom
