Added Power Filter Circuit, but Reboots on Crank

I'm running a M1-ATX on an Xbox and I can have it survive crank...however, I have quite a bit of noise on the power side of things. I've grounded out the mobo and improved things a bit...I tried using a power filter and it decreased dramatically (still a bit, but can't seem to isolate the issue)...anyways, when i added the power filter the M1-ATX can't survive crank anymore. I am assuming this is the case because the wires from the filter are not nearly as large as the ones I'm using coming from the battery...so the current can't travel through it...so are there "beefer" power filters out there?

Edit Title: I didn't mean Reboot, I meant Turns Off
