What gauge wires come with OPUS and M1

I have yet to buy my PSU and am curious what gauge wires comes attached to the OPUS and M1 psu's for Power and Ground.

I am wondering because I was going to use quick connects to attach 8 gauge wire from the battery.

It seems to me like the wire attached to the opus is of a significantly larger gauge and therefore would not attach well to a quick connect designed for 8 gauge wire.

    Thanks.

It comes with 14awg if I'm not mistaking...8awg won't fit into the Opus molex connector.
I've replaced them myself with 10awg.

Opus recommends to use a 12awg fused wire straight from the battery.

    Useless, ha

But most people use 8-10gauge dont they?

And while on the topic of wire...

Lets say I had an 8 gauge and 14 gauge...

Which of the two is the 'larger' gauge.. I understand that 8 is physically larger. but 14 > 8...

If someone says you need a bigger gague than 10 guage wire, they don't mean go to 14, they mean go to 8.. conversely sif they say a smaller wire than 10 will work, they mean 14.. So it's physical size, 8>14.

I would defenitely reccomend maintaining at least 12 gauge wire throughout the wiring harness, as it appears its 12 guage coming off my ACC. There was a 10 amp fuse coming off my switched ACC line which may not be a clear indicator of size but nonetheless, I'll stick to size versus size.
