my other option is to get some one in the states to buy me one and ship it, with me covering all costs, got to be cheaper than that!

a friend of mine built me a dc-dc

he takes orders but dont expect much change from $200au and 3 weeks to build it

he makes em to your specs

he is currently doing a price on a atx dc-dc
about 200w for bootyslap

I would be very interested, but I live on Europe, the other(dark) side of the Earth, and that would take also a lot of money just to send it to Portugal making the PSU even more expensive. Well, maybe i´ll just have to hear the "buzz" of the inverter all day and all night.
