I bought one from Marine Computing in Hamble, UK - http://www.marinecomputing.com/ it is AT only (ATX version needs 24V), so when I bought it in 2000 I had to use a Super Socket 7 motherboard with a K6-2 550 (which is still plenty fast today)

It is pretty good - though it used to cut out on my old car when I cranked the engine - I think it would be a good idea to fit a second battery with a charging circuit to prevent this.
