Is the M1-ATX powersupply, in your opinion (in other words, subjectively) equivalent to ****?

Or are you stating that the M1-ATX powersupply is THE ****?

In power off state, after normal shutdown.. the cpu fan is still spining! HDD is off normaly. And there are some voltage on 12V (in molex). When I disconnect (and connect) the positive+ to m1-atx. pc is off completly. It isnt matter if I power of pc by windows or using switch or using the switch when I am in bios. No windows problem, probably no m10000 problem. M1-atx still power fans (but they spin slower) and there are voltage (in molex connector)

I must have set 5sec/45sec. and the x - 45 seconds after shutdown, I hear ****in sound from spekaers, because amp is on!
