    Post DC-DC ATX Power Supply

    Hi,

I'm looking for DC-DC ATX power supply for my incar MP3 Player.

I can get one made by an electronics engineer but haven't as yet been able to find the correct diagrams etc.

I am currently using a 145W Inverter powering a 125W ATX power supply, I am running Win'98 Lite and winamp and waiting for my 5.6" LCD to arrive from the US. My Win'98 Lite is tweaked heavily and I have managed a boot time of about 19 seconds.

The player currently isnt in my car and is currently in the rebuild stage.

    Yours

    Car: About to change

Player: VIA Eden, 256Mb RAM, Bootable from 64MB Compactflash, 40GB MP3 HD, IRMan, Wireless Keyboard, 5.6" In-dash TFT, 12v DC-DC, running Windows XP Embedded with Wireless LAN, Mobile Internet, GPS Sat Navigation.

== Running MediaEngine for the front end whilst I build a front end in VB.NET, but may stick with ME 2.0 ==

And you say people actually pay money for M$ Windows?

Total re-design underway: on the whole progress is very slow as the car is taking up too much time :)
