I built the Sproggy design exactly like on the website (except for the schottky rectifier). I am running it off the +5V line of the stage before it, but as an output I get about -7.5V. When shorted the current goes up to about 650 mA. When load is on, the chip draws about 3.5 mA. I have the exact same capacitor values. If I cange the input voltage, the output voltage changes. If I change the value of either capacitor the voltage changes. The capacitors and rectifier diodes are connected correctly. The inductor is the same type used in the 5V stage (.47uH 5.5A continuous). What could be the problem??? Below is the exact wiring of my circuit.
P.S. I have tried a 100uF cap, and the chip says CPA not CPE like Sproggy's, though I don't think this should be a problem.
